I came over to your house after buying shoes like this in Chinatown and you said, "Oh yeah, those are like the shoes I used to wear in Karate. Ha!" and I realized that they weren't as dainty and stylish as I had been pretending they were because they were so cheap. I wear them as slippers now and they are very comfortable. They collect a lot of cat hair.
