yeah that caught me up for a second too. where it says "enter source code" it should also say "what's a source code" or something like that...click on that link and it will bring you to a page where you can click on another link where you join the UC Press mailing list. after you are confirned they will send you a source code. it takes like 5 seconds.
first of all, you have to stop signing off with those word verifications, very not cool. i signed off with word verifications for about 2 weeks until i realized everybody was doing it...so i stopped.
