heat...

damn. supposed to be in the mid-70's today...okay, we'll see...

i think i'll take a long walk this afternoon...

...my Greek is going away...

Sigma is still my favorite letter...like punching "E" in the back...

i should be working on my thesis, transcribing notebook to computer...that's how lazy i am at this point concerning this thesis, it's written, all i have to do is transcribe it...transcription sounds so boring...i love how greeks misuse the word "boring"...it's sort of my favorite...like, me and my friend Paraskevi will be hanging out at her apartment in Athens...i'll be like "what time do you want to go out?" and she'll reply "well i need to take a shower first, it's so boring..." or, i'll be at some taverna on some island with my friend Mihalis getting drinks, and i'll say to Mihalis "how's your rum and coke?" and he'll reply "i can hardly taste the rum, i'm so bored..." i'm really really into that...

...currently listening to The Psychedelic Furs All Of This And Nothing...

I'm not willing to start a club or anything, but I'm also really into that.

They think boring means annoying, and there are some etymological excuses for their blunder.

The Ety is not well understood, it seems. The OED resorts to "possibly there is an allusion to some now forgotten anecdote."

I'm really, really into that.
