those gary numan albums are good, even if they're not comparable to his earlier stuff. but "this is love" on STRANGE CHARM is one of my favorite numan tracks.

i like them so far, they were used and on the cheap...they had 2 or 3 others i had never heard of, didn't pick those suckers up though.

and the psychedelic furs are really becoming one of my favorites, they were always one of those bands in the perepheral but now that i'm really listening i'm blown away...

i agree with you on the psychedelic furs. they're sort of put to the side, behind THE CURE and U2 and other bands of that ilk from that time--the whole post-punk meets pop and new wave stuff. and then sometimes it seems like they're thought of on the same wavelength as A FLOCK OF SEAGULLS or THE THOMPSON twins, or something. but the more i listen to the furs, the more i like them.

that PIL vid is fucking hilarious. the audio-track is completely off from his lip-synching.

yeah, it's good stuff.

pil are so cool.

and the vangelis track actuallly isn't from bladerunner, but you knew that...it's just such a great track i had to post it. i have this project blowed single where they sample it, and then this syrupy beat drops about 25 seconds in, oh it's so glorious..oh.
