man, THE WIZARD is fucking ridiculous. i saw that in the theater on a "date" in 7th grade.
and the fucking powerglove NEVER worked correctly.
i rewatched it yesterday...it blows...wow, it really blows...
i loved it when i first saw it as a kid...but it doesn't hold up AT ALL. and then the weird choice of having New Kids On The Block playing on the radio everytime the kids go into a truckstop cafe...
and then you just want to hit fred savage everytime he opens his precociously sassy little mouth...
i owned the powerglove (still do) and yeah, never worked...let alone playing Rad Racer with it...yeah fucking right!...
jenny lewis is much less annoying now in rilo kiley than she was in The Wizard, though not much...
