hmmm...going on a date tonight, trying to figure out what we should do...what should we do?

mind you it's a school night for the both of us (so to speak) so nothing too crazy...dinner and drinks sounds so fucking blah...i'm usually good with dates but for some reason i'm drawing blank...i don't know, probably getting out of the neighborhood is a good idea...maybe a show? i hate dinner and drinks...i don't really do dinner and drinks...and then i can't talk to her at a show...and we don't really know each other so the talking thing is going to be important tonight...so maybe not a show...

help me out!

closed tues. plus she's going to napa tomorrow...

i like sitting around and reading your blog together...

but that's what i'm talking about...the whole, "let's go to this gallery thing" creeps me out...it's like "hey, i'm interested in you, wanna go look at some art with me?"

i like you're new blog post...your very cute with the girlfriend thing..."i'm dating a celebrity!"...

hmn... maggie showed up in flip-flops and boy shorts and drove me to treasure island and back. then she just took me to bed.

maybe that's just a lesbian thing, though.

kate,

that's the sort of thing i'm into...though i can't stand flip flops or the people who wear them (apologies to your wife)...

the best dates i've had have been accidents...

The Mayor would take his date to the beach!

Night time dates suck for getting to know each other. They are good for getting your date drunk. Getting yourself drunk. Making out. Eating a meal. Being awkward. Trying your hardest to be funny. Being even more awkward. Not really listening. Going home feeling like a failure. Going home and getting laid.

Oh, and going home to utalize, and I mean fully utalize the internet and its wonderous capabilities.

i miss dates. dates were good. although my favorite dates were always over dinner, because you know i connect mostly over food (hello 2am grilled cheese sandwiches).

if you want the house to yourself tonight, i bet i can arrange that.

Well, dinner and drinks are kinda convenient to get to know the girl (always worked for me). With coffee before or after dinner.

Noc Noc serves sake? It feels very strange now to know exactly what places you are talking about.
